Currently Dr. Carey works as a consulting winemaker at wineries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. Based on my experience of more than 40 years in the wine industry, I provide in depth guidance and assistance in establishing vineyards, designing wineries, teaching the art of winemaking and helping vineyards and wineries with a wide range of grape growing and winemaking issues.

We have a bonded winery license with the Alcohol Tax and Trade Bureau. We are not a commercially producing winery for the public. Our winery exists for our customers. We construct new products for wineries, conduct research on new wine production processes and equipment development. Anything we produce for wineries can be transferred in bond so you can try it out with your customers. Let us help you make better wine more consistently.
